Memorial Scholarships - Vancouver Ballet Society

VBS establishes scholarships in the honour of dear members and Friends of the Society who pass away, and these scholarships are awarded on the last day of the Spring Seminar, which will fall next year on March 23, 2024. These scholarships go to support talented young dancers in their dance education and career growth, such as the talented Maya Chandrashekaran shown in the picture below. She’s a former VBS Spring Seminar Scholarship Winner and was performing recently in San Francisco Ballet’s Spring Festival at YBCA.
