MASTER CLASSES

Originally from Surrey, BC, Amanda began her dancing at 4 years old and spent her school years competing throughout the Lower Mainland in all genres of dance, before moving to Pacific Dance Arts to focus on ballet.

Amanda joined the Aspirant program at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School for two years and was then offered a contract with the company in 2019, and was promoted to Second Soloist in 2024.

Some of her notable roles have been Clara, and The Sugar Plum Fairy in Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s Nutcracker, Fairy Godmother in Val Caniparoli’s A Cinderella Story, Snow White in Angelin Preljocaj’s Snow White, and Tinkerbell in Jorden Morris’ Peter Pan.

Recently Amanda performed Calliope in George Balanchine’s Apollo and in Jorma Elo’s Slice to Sharp for Ballet Vancouver’s inaugural season.
