From December 7th to 11th, our team sold ballet-themed merchandise at The Centre For Performing Arts and promoted our organization during the Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s performances of Nutcracker. Thank you for everyone who supported. All proceeds went towards our mission of supporting BC’s dance community and the awarding of scholarships and bursaries.

We are pleased to present a Master Class with Tara Birtwhistle, the Associate Artistic Director of Royal Winnipeg Ballet on Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at the Birmingham Studio in the Scotiabank Dance Centre.
Registrations are open for 12+ years old. Spots are limited and priority will be given to VBS members so register today!✨

For The Love Of Dance Gala was a success! It was lovely seeing everyone’s faces again, thank you all for your beautiful presence and for your ongoing support to keep our small non-profit organization going. We watched the incredible performances of the talented dancers, we laughed at the MC Mike Cohen’s humour, we enjoyed the refreshments and witnessed the bids competition. A shoutout to all VBS board members who volunteered their time and worked hard for months behind the scenes to make this night happen, it was magical ✨
